Easy Felt No Sew Bags
My family and I travel a lot and it seems like I can never have enough little bags to help me organize my makeup, makeup brushes, jewelry, hair accessories, and so on. Not to mention my daughter’s things as well. Looking around my craft room and supplies I already had in hand, I busted out my trusty glue gun and made these easy felt no sew bags in a jiffy.
Materials:
- Felt
- Scissors
- Hot glue and glue gun
- Rotary Cutter (optional but makes life easier!!)
I picked out some pretty fall colors of felt. One piece makes one bag. I used the third piece for embellishments.
Fold up one end to the desired size.
Hot glue the sides to create a pocket.
The top will fold down like a flap.
I wanted to add some weight to the flap so I used my rotary cutter to cut a perfectly straight white strip and glued it to the bottom of the front flap.Â
I also added a little felt bow for a pop of color.
You can use these little bags for almost anything… AND it costs pennies to make!
They also make great gifts for Teachers or a tween craft for pencil bags at school. They are even inexpensive enough to use as clever gift wrapping for a hostess gift, movie tickets, or a gift certificate.
