Elf on the Shelf Toy Donation Poem
My daughter is six years old now and my husband and I think it’s important to get creative with the way we teach her certain things. I had an idea with Josie her elf. I’m sure you know who she is by now! She has great influence over Little Miss Mia, so in the spirit of giving this year, she showed up with a little mission for Mia. We received this Elf on the Shelf toy donation poem one morning.
It said:
I have a mission to help spread some cheer.
It’s very simple, so please do not fear.
Take this money, and go buy a toy.
Pick a good one for a girl or a boy.
Next, bring your gift to donate somewhere.
Your parents will help and will take you there.
Leave the gift and pass it on;
For a smile it will bring to a little one.
Alongside of it was ten one dollar bills.
