Hand Puppet Paper Craft
I made another video! I think I’m addicted. This time, I recreated a craft that my daughter and I did last year. This hand puppet paper craft is great for kids of all ages, especially this summer as a boredom buster. Mia played with them for days, making her own puppet show. They are custom fit for little hands. Plus, you can change the colors and even used patterned paper too. Here’s what you need.
Materials:
- Paper Scraps in 3 Colors
- Circle Punches (optional)
- Scissors
- Glue Stick
- Pipe Cleaners
- Pencil/Pen/Marker (to curl the eye lashes)
If you’d like you can visit the step by step photo tutorial here: Paper Hand Puppet Kids Craft. If anything, just stop by and look at the pictures, because my daughter couldn’t stop laughing when we made them and I captured it on camera. It was so much fun.
If you’re not up for reading a post, check out this video of how to make it!
If you don’t have craft punches, you can use anything round to trace like coins or small cups. Have the kids make a puppet show or read to your kids while using it on one hand to narrate a story at bedtime.
