Food Truck Family Costumes
These costumes were fun to make out of cardboard boxes. The possibilities are endless. We let the kids choose whatever food truck the wanted. For mom and dad, I ordered aprons and hats from Amazon and used the Cricut to cut out logos for our aprons. Click below for the detailed video, materials lists, and instructions.
Addams Family DIY Costumes
This family costume is probably my favorite and the top visited tutorials on my site. I love seeing photos around the web of families who made my Cousin Itt trick or treat pail. Click below for the detailed video, materials lists, and instructions.

Monster’s Inc. DIY Family Costumes
These were DIY’s that I really needed to use my imagination. Sulley ended up being made from a thrifted hoodie and Celia was quite fun to figure out. I also cleverly transformed the girl’s trick or treat plastic pumpkins into Little Mikey and Roz. Click below for the detailed video, materials lists, and instructions.
